Customer Information
	little-cars.com is now selling worldwide. We hope soon to give our customers the option of on line shopping, but for now we really want to get to know our customers so we can provide the right products, and level of support for each customer. This site now includes our current stock lists so you can order these goods knowing you will not have a long wait for your goods. If there is anything you require that is not on these lists, let us know and we will try to get you an accurate price and lead time. If it is a new item we probably have it on order, but won't advertise the product on the stock list until we have it. 	Credit Card and Cheque
	We prefer to take MasterCard or Visa. Unfortunately we are unable to take American Express at this time. But we will accept cheques in Pounds Sterling made payable to little-cars.com. If you send Credit Card Details by E-mail we recommend for your security that you send them in two separate e-mails. The first with the first two groups of numbers, plus the expiry date. Send the second some time later with the remaining numbers and the last three digit security code from the signature strip if your card has one. If you prefer you can phone us with this information, +44 (0) 1234 711980. Please note: Due to high Bank Charges there is a minimum transaction value of £10 for credit card and cheque transactions.
	Export Prices
	If you are having models delivered to an address outside the EEC you do not have to pay UK VAT. Our price lists show non VAT prices as well as the UK VAT inclusive prices.
	Delivery
	Postage Charges Delivery within the UK is normally by First class letter post in padded Jiffy bags. Postage and Packing is charged at cost, plus insurance if required. For example we normally charge £1 postage and packing for a single 1/43rd kit, Micromesh craft kits or Lasertran decal paper. All overseas postage is sent by Airmail Small Packet. We also use Jiffy type bags wherever possible. A single resin kit to USA costs approx. £2.
	Problems
	We will always attempt to replace damaged or missing parts from any kit if possible. Please however be aware that most of these kits are produced in very small quantities. An average production figure is 250 so they may become deleted fairly quickly. We suggest that on receipt of your parcel you take a few minutes to check that all the parts are present and undamaged. If your kit sits on the shelf for several years (as many of mine have) it is probable that we will not be able to replace damaged or missing parts. For this reason we require notification of damaged or missing parts within 28 days of delivery.
