This is the car that won the 1999 European GP for Johnny Herbert. The win was unexpected but was well deserved. To go from nothing to a Grand Prix winning car in three years was a wonderful achievement for Jackie and Paul Stewart.

The Stewart GP trophy cabinet consists of only four items : Winning Driver, Constructor and Third place trophies, and an empty bottle of champagne. A fitting tribute to a wonderful if short-lived racing team.

The kit is a typical Tameo creation. Everything is there as either a small casting, a rubber moulding or a photo etched component. The parts' fit was perfect, the colour scheme was simple and the decals went on like a dream. A very enjoyable kit with many challenging rear wing elements.
