Kit Notes:

This was the car that took Jody Scheckter to his one and only World championship in 1979. It was Ferrari's first attempt at a ground effects car and with Jody and Gilles Villeneuve driving it brought them loads of success.

The kit is predominantly white metal. Just the front wheel inserts and seat belts are photo etched. There is a lift off body that reveals full engine and cockpit detail and builds reasonably well.

The front and rear wing were painted using Alclad and give a realistic aluminium finish, the rest of the model is painted with traditional car paints and looks reasonably realistic in a diorama setting.
