This car represents a typical late 1950's Formula one car.

This 1958 car won the Championship for Mike Hawthorn, but cost the lives of several other drivers. The car depicted here shows the Ferrari in a one off appearance in the Belgium national colour of yellow. The driver was O.Gendebien and the race was the 1958 Belgium Grand Prix. He finished in sixth place.

The kit is simple and quick to build, having no engine detail, but produces a very nice representation of this car.
